- It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that the house check request form is submitted no later than 5 business days prior to the requested start date. Failure to submit the form within the specified timeframe may result in a delay or cancellation of the house check service.
- By requesting a house check, you acknowledge and agree that this service is provided as a courtesy to HOA Members and is not a guarantee of security or protection against damage, vandalism, theft, or burglary.
- We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the house check.
- A QR Code will be used for security personnel check-ins. We may provide recommendations regarding the placement of a QR code for tracking purposes. However, the final decision regarding the placement of the QR code lies with the homeowner. We are not responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by the placement or use of the QR code.
- The information collected during the house checks, including the reports and QR code data, may be shared with law enforcement or the HOA Board upon their request. However, we do not guarantee the availability or accessibility of the reports or data.
