Annual Meeting

The Woodland Village Association’s Annual Meeting is held in November after the Budget Ratification meeting.

Every year some Board positions will be open for candidates to apply. Candidate applications  and requests for candidates will be sent out to all homeowners well ahead of the Annual Meeting.

By the application deadline, once candidate statements have been received, ballots are sent out to every homeowner. If the current members whose terms are expiring are the only applicants, no ballots will be sent out and no election will take place. If the number of applicants is greater than the number of Board Members whose terms are expiring and who wish to continue serving, ballots that were returned up to the meeting time will be counted at the Annual Meeting. 

The Board will schedule the election of new officers for the coming year.
