If you witness vandalism, dirt bikes or ATVs in parks or on the walking trails, disturbing the peace, or other suspicious or disruptive activity, please report it to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line or file an online report.
Non-Emergency Dispatch: (775) 785- WCSO (9276)
Online Reporting: https://www.washoesheriff.com
Or you can download the Washoe county Sheriff’s app on your smartphone to fill out a report there. In public spaces a photo should be taken and it’s encouraged.
We understand it may feel easier to post about it on social media, mention it to neighbors, or contact the HOA, but if it’s not officially reported to the sheriff’s department, it is like it never happen. The data from the reports matters. That is how the Sheriff’s Office allocates time, staff, and patrols. Every report helps build a clearer picture of what’s happening in our neighborhood.
Let’s work together to protect our kids, preserve our parks, and keep our community safe and peaceful.
Speak up. Report it. Be part of the solution.
