Click on the link for the updated stain schedule map. The new stain formula is supposed to last longer, so the frequency will change from every three (3) years to every four (4) years. Some of the tract phases in the community were out of sync with the previous schedule, so some sections will re-stain in 3 years to get them back in sync, then will go to every four (4) years.
