Board of Directors

The Woodland Village homeowners’ association board of directors is your access to creating a better community through a legal governing body, elected by its members, the Homeowners. The Board is responsible for insuring that the CC&Rs are applied consistently throughout the development as required by state law (NRS 116) and in order to maintain community aesthetics and maintain property values. The Woodland Village Board meets in the former onsite HOA office at 18705 Village Center Drive, Suite 103. Elections are held every year (staggered according to elected term) and whenever a position is vacated. Regular board meetings are held 6 times per year, with an annual Membership meeting held in November.
