Property Plot Plan showing how the project is installed in relation to structures, fences and boundaries. Mark your project on this plot plan, with setback dimensions, if possible.
Elevation Plan or drawing showing dimensions and design of item(s) being submitted. Structures such as sheds, gazebos, patio covers, etc., must have a schematic drawing in plans.
Description of item(s), including materials being used, colors, finishes, etc. Brochures, pictures or photographs are acceptable, if available.
Failure to include all required information may result in a refusal of your plans. Please be sure to include all applicable information.
PLEASE NOTE PROJECTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHING ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL.
All plans must be turned in at the Association office, 5011 Meadowood Mall Way Suite 200 Reno, NV 89502, forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled meeting to be prepared for review. The deadline would be 5:00 PM on Tuesdays prior to the meeting. The Design Committee meetings are presently held at 5:00 PM Thursday evenings at 18705 Village Center Drive Suite 103 Reno, NV 89506. You are invited to attend the meeting in order to respond to any concerns the Design Review Committee may have regarding your project.
A written response of the approval with conditions, or refusal, will be mailed within five (5) days after the meeting. Re-submits will not be reviewed until the next scheduled meeting of the Design Review Committee.
